Filing A DMCA Notice

If you believe material on INDĒ infringes your copyright, send a notice with the required information below to support@inde.fm. Use the subject line "DMCA Notice".

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on INDĒ.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If your content is removed and you believe that removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@inde.fm.

  • Your contact information and signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its former location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court, as required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

INDĒ may remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers at our discretion and as required by law.

Misrepresentation Warning

Knowingly making false claims in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability.
